In the pursuit of reducing NOx emissions from a variety of grate-fired plants utilizing diverse fuels, including natural gas, biomass, and heavy fuel oil, several key technologies have emerged as effective solutions. These technologies encompass Low NOX burners, Ultra-low NOx burners, Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) systems, Continuous Emissions Monitorin  System (CEMS). These systems are meticulously designed and implemented in accordance with prevailing NOx reduction regulations.

At Energy ON, our expertise ensures that these plants operate in compliance with the latest NOx-reduction standards, contributing to a cleaner and more environmentally responsible energy generation landscape.

SNCR systems

| SNCR systems. Post-combustion NOx-control technologies that reduce NOx to N2 and H2O with ammonia or urea-based inhibitors. Designed for solid, liquid, and gaseous fuels. Delivers consistent emission control performance regardless of combustion technology or boiler type.

Ultra-low NOx burners

Ultra-Low NOx burners. In this solution, the fuel gas is mixed with air before being injected into the combustion zone, so the flame remains at a low temperature.

We install and verify Automated Measuring Systems (AMS) in compliance with EU directives, ensuring QAL2 and AST procedures are performed by ISO 17025 and ISO 17020 accredited laboratories. This guarantees full technical compliance and maximum measurement accuracy for your biomass combustion and NOx reduction projects.

Combining high-tech solutions, extensive experience, and meticulous contract execution, Energy ON brings the successful reconstruction of PTVM, KVGM, TVGM, and TGME boiler types, aligning with the latest emission directives mandated by the European Union.
